Revived by Netflix after this canceled Lifetime series found a cult following on the streaming platform, the second season of YOU brings all the drama. This season sees Joe Goldberg (played by Penn Badgley) moving to LA, claiming a new identity, and pursuing – literally – a new love interest. Victoria Pedretti plays Love Quinn, an aspiring chef and the next focus for Will’s affection.

In this scene, Love and Will/Joe look out at the city skyline sharing earbuds as they listen to this song. Love continues to try to figure out Will offering him dishes to taste from all around the city. She offers him one last dish before they head to the family-run health food cafe/bookstore, Anavrin, where they both work. The song grows and then abruptly ends as they unlock the door to the cafe and the alarm sounds.

‘Pieces’ was released in 2013 as the second track on Andrew Belle’s sophomore album, Black Bear.

Upon the release of the ‘Pieces’ music video Belle shared with USA Today, “I wrote the song for my wife not too long after we got married in Chicago last summer. I knew I had to sit down and write this new record but was struggling to find ideas or inspiration for it, and so this was the one that kind of got the ball rolling for me.”

Belle continued, “The chorus says, ‘I love you, I love you — and all of your pieces,’ which was something I had almost accidentally said to her one night and afterward went in the other room and wrote it down. I found this crazy-sounding synth sound on my keyboard and the whole thing came together in an hour or two.”

Andrew Belle is a singer/songwriter from Chicago. He released his debut EP All Those Pretty Lights in September 2008, followed by his debut full-length album The Ladder in February 2010. Belle saw instant success in the sync industry, with placements in Grey’s Anatomy, Castle, Pretty Little Liars, One Tree Hill, and The Vampire Diaries.

Belle won an MTV Video Music Award in 2009 for Chicago Breakout Artist of the Year. In May 2010, Belle released a b-side single to The Ladder called ‘In My Veins’ which received more than 75 million streams and downloads after being featured in the season six finale of Grey’s Anatomy. The single was later featured in the season four finale of Castle in 2012.

Andrew Belle began touring around the country as a member of the Nashville-based singer/songwriter collective Ten Out of Tenn. He’s toured alongside artists like Katie Herzig, Matthew Perryman Jones, Erin McCarley (featured on the track ‘In My Veins’) and Joshua Radin. In February 2012, he released his next EP called The Daylight.

Belle’s sophomore full-length album Black Bear followed a more autobiographical vibe lyrically, released in August 2013. Belle shared the process of creating this record with Elite Daily stating, “I began to feel limited by my original, predominately acoustic sound, […] and as my creative taste began to change, I decided to take things in a new direction; writing songs that made me excited about music again.” In 2014, Belle released an EP entitled Black Bear (Hushed), featuring stripped down versions of five songs from Black Bear, including ‘Pieces.’

Most recently, Belle released the lead single from his third album, ‘Dive Deep’ in August 2016 followed by four more singles. The album of the same name was released the following year and debuted on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart at no. 8. Subsequently, Belle completed a sold out tour across the U.S. supporting his most recent music.
