2023 Nominees for the 13th Annual Guild of Music Supervisors Awards

The Guild of Music Supervisors have announced the 2023 nominees for the 13th Annual GMS Awards. This year, the Guild of Music Supervisors Awards with be returning to an in-person event at The Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles, accompanied by a virtual livestream, on March 5th. Voting opens today and closes on Monday, February 6th.

The Guild of Music Supervisors is introducing five new categories this year including: Best Music Supervision in a Video Game Original Composition, Best Music Supervision for a Non-Theatrically Released Film, Best Music Supervision for a Trailer (Series), Best Music Supervision for a Trailer (Video Game & Interactive), and Best Music Supervision in Advertising $500K Total Production and Post-Production Budget.

In addition to the variety of category nominations, the recipients of the 2023 Icon Award and Legacy Award will be announced. Musical performers and special presenters have yet to be announced. Stay tuned for more event announcements and coverage on Tunefind.
